Tom Harwood is a UK entrepreneur and property investor hailing from Birmingham, who now calls London home.

His journey began as a cabinet maker, gradually transitioning into architecture and later specialising in architectural and interior design sales for luxury global projects. This diverse experience laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial ventures.

With an innate passion for the property sector, Tom pursued Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training in 'Wealth Creation Through Property' with esteemed mentors such as Paul Smith, Steve Doran, and Abi Hookway from Touchstone Academy. He also undertook various other courses including Deal Packaging, Rent to Rent, and Joint Venture, enhancing his expertise and insight in the property domain.

 

Reflecting on his journey, Tom, originating from a working-class background, expressed his motivation for venturing into property: "I've spent my life working for others, often without reaping commensurate rewards beyond a salary. While a salary suffices, it's essentially another person's assessment of your worth, leaving me feeling undervalued. Property represents an opportunity to break free from the confines of the 9-5 system and build a future and legacy that align with my ambition and capabilities."
